Within the framework of the event, the International Aquaculture Conference, themed “Reducing Greenhouse-Gas Emissions and Developing a Green Economy in Aquaculture,” will provide enterprises with opportunities to explore a wide range of cultured species and advanced technologies aimed at reducing emissions and promoting renewable energy use—such as RAS, aquaponics, and solar energy. The conference will also highlight circular-economy models designed to lower costs and increase value across the aquaculture sector.
At the same time, the program will focus on developing strategies for product diversification, meeting international certification requirements, and strengthening production and trade activities through value-chain–based approaches.
Vietstock 2024, themed “Transforming Livestock Production for Higher Productivity, Better Nutrition, and Sustainable Green Development,” will showcase a wide range of modern technologies, advanced production lines, and sustainable solutions from both domestic and international enterprises. The event aims to provide a comprehensive perspective on the green transition in the livestock sector — from automation and optimized nutrition to low-emission farming models.
In parallel, the exhibition series will feature the regional conference “Asia Biosecurity – Prevention Is Better Than Cure,” emphasizing the core principle of proactive biosecurity. In practice, many livestock farmers only respond after disease outbreaks occur, whereas the more effective approach is to proactively implement biosecurity measures early on to prevent, control, and eliminate pathogens before they come into contact with livestock.
